Crap day

2hr drive to work, 6hrs in the pouring rain, 2hrs home.
Couldn't even finish the crossword.

Straight out for a run around the roads and wouldn't you know it the sun was blazing, quick bath then visit my mum in hospital.
Just waiting for my tea now.

Run was good, trouble is I live on a hill so every road run I do ends in a nasty 1/2 mile at the end. I ran too fast really, I usually do when I've had a crap day.
